Byrmod Return, Exchange, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BYRMOD, we maintain strict quality standards to deliver premium products. Our policies are designed to ensure fairness while protecting the brand from misuse.

 

1. Return Policy

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All original tags, brand labels, and packaging must remain intact.
• Returns will be strictly rejected if the brand tag or seal is tampered with.
• Made-to-order, limited edition, or customized products are not eligible.
• BYRMOD reserves the right to reject returns after inspection.

 

2. Return Process

1. Submit a return request with clear photos/videos showing tags intact.
2. Approval is subject to verification.
3. Reverse pickup will be scheduled within 3–5 working days.
4. Pickup will be attempted twice; failure will require self-shipping.
5. Refund will be initiated only after successful quality inspection.

 

3. Refund Policy

• A standard ₹100 logistics deduction applies to all returns.
• COD and express shipping charges are strictly non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days post inspection.
• Refunds may be issued to original payment method or as store credit.
• BYRMOD reserves the right to issue store credit instead of bank refunds in suspicious cases.

 

4. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must meet all return eligibility criteria.
• Exchanges will not be accepted if tags/seal are removed.
• Reverse pickup will be attempted twice.
• Exchange refusal after shipment may result in ₹200 deduction.
• Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.

 

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
• Refusal at delivery will be treated as a return.
• Pre-orders can be cancelled within 24 hours only.

 

6. International Orders

• Returns and exchanges are not applicable for international shipments.
• Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

 

7. Fraud Prevention & Abuse Policy

• Repeated returns or suspicious activity may lead to account restriction.
• BYRMOD reserves the right to deny service or cancel orders in such cases.
• All claims are subject to internal verification and approval.

 

8. Important Notes

• Issues related to damage, defect, or wrong product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Packaging materials are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Minor color variation due to lighting/editing is not considered a defect.
