Please upload a clear image of the product showing the tag attached to the left arm. Ensure the tag is properly visible and not removed or tampered with. Returns without a valid image showing the tag in its original position may not be accepted. ₹100 logistic charges will be deducted as part of the refund process.
Returns Made Simple
At BYRMOD, we aim to deliver products that meet your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, unworn and unwashed
All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact
The item should be in resellable condition
Once your return request is submitted and approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (subject to courier availability). In cases where reverse pickup is not possible, you will be required to ship the product back to us using a reliable courier service.
Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit. Items that fail quality checks upon return may not be eligible for refunds.
